With 18 years in the HVAC industry, Russel Griffin leads our company with unparalleled expertise. A native of Northern Colorado, Russel is deeply rooted in the community we serve. Beyond his professional life, he is a devoted husband, father of eight, and grandfather of three. His dedication extends to personal pursuits, holding a black belt in jiu-jitsu and actively training for over 12 years. Russel’s leadership is the cornerstone of our success, guiding us with vision and integrity.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mikayla Loeffler \u2013 Chief Financial Officer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ensuring our financial health is in expert hands, Mikayla Loeffler brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as CFO. A Northern Colorado native, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. With a decade of experience in the accounting industry, Mikayla’s precision and insight keep our operations running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing pickleball, and cherishing moments with her husband and son.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passion and dedication define Sean Donoho’s journey in the HVAC industry. Starting at the young age of 13, Sean has amassed 12 years of experience, evolving into a knowledgeable Comfort Consultant. His enthusiasm for the trade is matched by his love for sports and the outdoors, including pickleball, basketball, and hiking. Sean also treasures time spent with his wife and their beloved dogs, embodying a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As our Service Manager, Tyrell Chostner plays a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our services.
