I was looking for a second opinion after a new install of a Rheem Heat Pump/AC/Modulating Furnace from another company in Fort Collins. HVAC tech Shane called me back (I was surprised) and gave me good honest information. I hadn't even contracted with this company, and yet they actually called me back. I was very impressed. Thank you Shane. I'm not sure I'll ask the other company to service my HVAC system in the future. I'll probably call Affordable Home Services and ask for Shane.

SePeak Plumbing (part of Affordable Home Services) fixed a leaking ball-valve in our water line to the outdoor sprinkler system. Aaron & Benny were polite & courteous. They answered all our questions and even took shoes off before walking on new carpet. Highly Recommended!
