He simply laid out our options and was very informative on rebates and how to get the most bang for our buck. Shane came out and inspected our furnace as part of our membership. He found cracks in our heat exchanger. He personally showed me where the cracks are and explained everything. He is thorough and really knows his trade. I really trust him!! AWESOME service. We avoided a carbon monoxide disaster. And caught this early enough to meet the parts warranty.
