2/25/21 - Just updating my review. - 5 STARS again! -- Sean came out again this morning to clean our tankless water heater. He is efficient, caring and good at letting us know what to expect. I love that I can call Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning and get truly the best service. Thank you! - Allison
I appreciate more than anything that I really felt like I could trust Sean. He is very kind, efficient, and communicates well. I felt comfortable enough with him to show him where our house key is in case I was not home.
Our Tankless water heater stopped heating water. Sean arrived, gave me a starting price to flush the system, after flushing the system when the hot water still was not working, we realized that there was another failure in the system and it had sprouted a leak. The parts had to be ordered in, thankfully they were under warranty. Sean made sure to let me know the price and when I didn't answer my phone, the shop called me to make sure I knew the cost.
Affordable was a referral from a dear friend and I am so glad we found you. Annual flushes are on the calendar now.. see ya'll next year!

Sean was very thorough with cleaning my furnace. I was concerned about ash from fires in the mountains causing problems with our furnace. He also checked and cleaned the circuitry and blower. He found a capacitor that was out of range and replaced it. I can easily recommend Sean and Affordable Heating and Air.
