Shane came out and inspected our furnace as part of our membership. He found cracks in our heat exchanger. He personally showed me where the cracks are and explained everything. He is thorough and really knows his trade. I really trust him!! AWESOME service. We avoided a carbon monoxide disaster. And caught this early enough to meet the parts warranty.

The team at Affordable was great. Sean explained everything and answered all of our questions. The crew that performed the work were on time, very polite and did a great job of installing everything and spent time explaining how it all worked before they left. Curran came out on a VERY cold Saturday to fix our heat pump and furnace system. He was so helpful and very personable. And we got the heat back on. Thank you!!!!
Shane was awesome! He let me watch over his shoulder and gave me an HVAC in-service! He explained the advantages and costs of your maintenance plan and the cost of various options for improvements to my heating system. He also did an inspection of my water heater. He was a very nice young man and very thorough in his work!
