Gregg showed up ahead of schedule, making sure it was ok to come a little early. Very friendly. Got right to work and was very honest. Not there to make a sale, but letting me know what expenses may be ahead of us in the future. Explained how the system operated and was very knowledgeable. We'll be going with Affordable again!

Affordable Heating & Air was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the initial call to schedule maintenance on our aging AC, to a call from Greg to see if he could come an hour early, these folks are so pleasant. Greg was very thorough cleaning and servicing our unit. And, to show just how GREAT they are, Greg replied immediately to our text on a Friday evening when the unit made some unusual noises. He problem solved via text and video and came the following morning to make a minor adjustment that resolved the issue. We will always use Affordable Heating & Air!
Affordable. Friendly. Transparent. A wonderful and very reputable company. They set out to take of their customers and that's exactly what did for us. We will use them again if ever needed and have referred all our family and friends to them. Thank you for taking excellent care of us.
Had several companies come and give quotes for new water heater, new furnace and install a/c. Nathan was great at working with the different options and pricing. SO after a week of quotes and deciding what we wanted we went with Affordable. Nate came with some help and got it all done in 1 day. 2 weeks later we had a small drip in a line for the hot water heater. Called on a Saturday and with in 2 hrs Nate was back and drip was repaired and all water cleaned up.

Gregg was amazing! He was super helpful and informative and even took the time to explain things again to me later over the phone. My furnace was running constantly before he came adding $100 to my bill each month and has now barely run since and is the perfect temp in my home. He also reset all of the settings on my thermostat which I had no idea how to do! I will definately be recommending this company:) Thanks!
