Gets the work done, didn't overcharge. They do routine maintenance at our shop and just did a cleaning to ensure our units continue to work right through each season.
I was looking for a second opinion after a new install of a Rheem Heat Pump/AC/Modulating Furnace from another company in Fort Collins. HVAC tech Shane called me back (I was surprised) and gave me good honest information. I hadn't even contracted with this company, and yet they actually called me back. I was very impressed. Thank you Shane. I'm not sure I'll ask the other company to service my HVAC system in the future. I'll probably call Affordable Home Services and ask for Shane.
SePeak Plumbing (part of Affordable Home Services) fixed a leaking ball-valve in our water line to the outdoor sprinkler system. Aaron & Benny were polite & courteous. They answered all our questions and even took shoes off before walking on new carpet.

He was very great. Everyone has always been professional when they have come to the house. Explain everything showed me how to change the filter after explaining my husband passed away resetting the furnace showing me how. Not that I would. Thank you for everything

Derrick replaced 3 smoke alarms. He was very friendly & competent. Highly recommend this company. All service staff has been excellent.
