This is the second time I've dealt with affordable heating and air conditioning. They're always so professional. It puts my mind at ease dealing with a company like that compared to some of the other companies that are out there.
Affordable HVAC (aka Affordabke Home Services) installed the Furnace/ A/C system in our home several years ago - about 3 years before we purchased the home. So, I called them to arrange for preventative maintenance. They responded to my email inquiry within an hour! An HVAC tech was scheduled for the next day! Wow - very responsive! Affordable works on a "membership" type of program. For $240 (paid up front) you get an A/C system cleaning / check (spring-summer), a water heater clean out and Furnace Service in the fall. As a member you get 20% off of any repair services as well as "priority" response to emergencies. Their technician serviced the main air unit (inside) cleaned and checked the compressor / condenser (outdoors) unit and drained / cleaned the sediment out of our Hot Water heater. He also explained how to operate the built in whole house humidifier and recommended replacement of the humidifier's filter (it was filled with sediment). The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Overall,
the Affordable Home Services experience was excellent - recommended!

Aaron and Curran have both been to my somewhat remote ranch to help me with plumbing and H vac issues. Wow, what knowledgable, hard working and genuinely nice guys! Very reasonable price considering the long trip and the very detailed professional job they did. Highly recommend.
