Affordable does our bi-annual furnace and air conditioning checkups. In October, our furnace did not pass inspection and had to be replaced. Sean and all of his staff are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Appointment times are always met with text message reminders the day before and a message that they are on their way, which makes it convenient to be at home. The install was done within the estimated time frame and everything was cleaned up before they left.

Great service, narrowed down the problem fast . Had the part the next day and installed with in little to no time. Also offered space heaters until the job was complete. Recommend affordable to anyone needing HVAC service.
Everytime that Affordable Heating came out, they let me know what are the situation(s) with my furnace. They show me picture(s) and explain what is happening and answer any questions that I have. They gave me suggestions and let me decide what I want to do, and they don't push or force me. I appreciate that. They are honest and trustworthy, a rare customer service that you DON'T get now days.
Curran did a very thorough job checking the furnace. He answered my questions as well as educating me about the furnace.

Affordable just installed AC in my home. The entire process from the initial contact to the installation couldn't have gone any better. The bid submitted by Russ was quite competitive, all communication with Trish in the office were timely. Seth and the crew were professional, completing the work as described and in the timeframe promised. The new system is working flawlessly. I couldn't be happier and I would recommend this company highly.
Great company! The installers were pleasant and knowledgeable. They were the cleanest contractors we've had in our home! The house is also the coolest it's ever been. The equipment is also very quiet outside!
