Very happy with the fast and efficient service - called at 9am and Sean was here at 1pm to fix my A/C on a very hot day in August. He was extremely professional and was happy to explain everything to me. As one who researches everything, I'm very glad I chose this company.
Very responsive, understood quickly the issues I had with my HVAC system, offered some quick remedies over the phone. Was at my house within 24hours, fixed the issue and charged a very reasonable fee.
Great company! Took the time to answer ALL of my questions.....and I had a lot! Felt very comfortable with them working in my home. Worked with Nathan, Diane, and Nate and they were all wonderful.
Unit still not fixed. They came back the next day and now it works.
I had originally called a company called lions who tried to charge me $9,000 to replace everything, heater and ac. I am so glad i called affordable to see what they had to say as well because they came out saw my ac unit was brand new and didnt need replaced as lions tried to say. Sean was awesome he knew i had to work early so he started his shift earlier to accommodate my schedule and he fixed my problem for under $500. Way better than the $9k lions tried to get from me. Try these folks out they have been honest and affordable. Their company name suits them well.
I am very happy with the service from Affordable Heating & Air.Gregg was extremely polite and professional in troubleshooting and repairing a problem with my mini split after another contractor told me that it was working correctly which I knew it was not. He was very good at explaining my options to me and it was working the way it used to after he left. I will definitely be using Affordable for my heating and air conditioning needs in the future.
Without question, some of the best customer centric minded people out there. They had to juggle a lot with weather conditions and a timeline that I had to hit, and they were polite and genuine interested in finding a solution. Very friendly and very professional. These are the only folks I call. AND I found out they do home insulation services too!
Called them for a heater that wouldn't kick on. They came in the window provided. Called when they where in there way. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable about out 20 year old furnace. He found our port off inducer was blocked and was able to drill it out. He was in and out in no time. The furnace is working great. We appreciate the great service and not trying to increase the bill with unnecessary costs! Definitely recommend and will use them again.
