Excellent service!
My furnace went out and they had somebody here pronto. Greg and Shawn did a great job explaining what was going on as they went along. I was afraid it was going to be a major problem and cost me a fortune, but they just made some adjustments and did some cleaning.....and my furnace works like new!!! I was nervous about hiring somebody as we are new to the area, but these guys put me at ease.
Honest, reliable and cost effective , that's what it's all about!!

Our furnace went out on a Thursday night. Friday I was in touch with Diane at Affordable and she had Gregg at our house in Fort Collins that afternoon. He assessed the situation, explained options and left us multiple space heaters because a new furnace was being ordered. Sean came first thing Tuesday morning and installed our new unit, explained and showed me the necessary maintenance and operational instructions. They well all very knowledgeable, professional and caring. They made me feel so comforted and took all the stress out if the situation. If you ever need these type of services, this is definitely your company.
These guys are absolutely the best. The service is far away better than any other Heating and AC company I have ever dealt with in this area and I have lived here almost 40 years.
Gregg did a great job of explaining all the ins and outs of the furnace and was able to quickly do maintenance on the unit. Very pleased with experience and information provided
