I had a great experience with Affordable Home Services...from my tune up guy whose name starts with an "S" I believe, and Sean and Spencer. Everyone was helpful, polite, understanding, informative and patient. Sean did a great job walking me through the rebate process and Spencer did a great job teaching me how to operate it all. Hot water heater was drained; Dale explained the process and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Advised me of the need for an expansion tank for which I prepaid and made arrangements to have installed.
Appreciate the courtesy I am shown whether I speak to someone in the office (scheduling) or the technician who does the work.
