I would highly recommend this company. I purchased a new high efficiency HVAC system to replace an older one. There were some unforeseen challenges that arose along the journey. This type of a decision and investment in your home is already a big deal and cause for stress. (Especially when it's 100+ degrees outside and you realize your AC has given out.) Sean and Russell kept me informed throughout the process, giving me honest updates and info and we were all happy when things worked out. I would say trust these people. They are local and work very hard (I mean this is physically and mentally hard work!).They will make sure you are taken care of.

Lucas was very professional. Went over all that he saw with our system and went over options. Only reason for 4 and not a 5 is that I was never emailed the receipt or copy of what was found

Shane did an excellent job checking out our 20+ years-old system and identified broken AC component. $30 part from ACE Harware, 15 minutes DIY install, our AC running fine and cooling the house. No pressure from Shane regarding my DIY approach to actual repair.
Shane had, at my request inspected heater/furnace on what I booked as AC visit. APPRECIATE the flexibility, and thoroughness of inspection that identified furnace issues. Pictures of air exchage motor and heating element ware. I had planned to take on heater and exchange motor as a DIY project as well, but...
Made appointment with Will to run through system update options. No hard sales pressure or pushing toward one-size-fits-all mentality. Very in-depth analysis of our home (# of doors, windows, insulation quality in attic, electric draw and proximity, square footage, and # of stoties).
Both Will and Shane were GREAT! On time, VERY knowledgeable, and did not mind them moving throughout my home while wife working in home office. Very personable and delivered quality and specific information, not sales pitch.
