Lucas was great. Friendly! And helped me with all of my ?s! Esp on filter, and gave me a much! clearer explanation of when change it. Arrived on time, and also helped me understand which filter to order next time... He also set a couple of things for me on the stat. Re: filter change pend, and a humidity setting. Again, very helpful.
An Affordable Home Services warranty on our system initially came with the house when we bought it but we decided to continue utilizing them after the great service they provided. Someone was always there to answer the phone when we called, we got great follow-up on any questions we asked about the new system, and the techs that have come out for maintenance have all been very polite and professional. Yearly maintenance has been very reasonably priced, especially for this area.
I've used them for over 10 years. Reliable and honest.

Fast service! Jens came out the same day I called, pumped our septic tank, and explained the work he completed and advised us on additional maintenance we should consider. Even our dog Rio was happy with our service.
