The repair person was thorough and reviewed all of the work he felt was necessary, but did give us options if we did not wish to replace all recommended components at this time. What we thought was going to be a several hundred dollar service call ended up being $1,500+.
Went to an eco fair a few months ago and signed up for a free estimate for a heat pump. Will came and took a lot of time to explain what a heat pump is and how it works. He walked me through the now finished state rebates for heat pumps and was patient with my timeline. Chase was the main installer of the HVAC system along with some equally friendly and professional employees. This week has been incredibly hot, but with my new heat pump, my super quiet and cool system isn't struggling like my old one.
Lucas performed a thorough inspection of our heating and cooling system. He was knowledgeable, efficient and exhibited excellent customer service. We highly recommend Affordable and will most certainly use them in the future.
Technician was punctual and very professional. He provided me pictures of the items needing to be repaired and also called me to verbally explain the situation.
