This company is awesome! They are respectful and patient. They always show up on time. Torre is especially a rock star. She has been so helpful and understanding of my difficult work schedule, and she always manages to get us taken care of quickly. No doubt that I will use them in the future
My AC stopped working last week; I called and an appt. was scheduled within a week (it's summer; I expected nothing too soon). The person I spoke to when I called was very pleasant! I rec'd a text when the tech, Aaron, was on his way. Just like a similar review, he knew within 20 minutes what the issue was, and he had fixed within 45 minutes. I had a couple of questions about my HVAC system, and he was able to provide knowledgeable and helpful answers. Also, as a single mom, the cost was something I was able to afford for the repair. I'm thankful it was an easy fix--Aaron had the part on his truck! I would definitely work with them again.
Our A/C just died on a hot day. I called Affordable Heating and A/C and set an appointment. The Tech, Aaron Holden, arrived when they said he would and let me know when he was 20 minutes away. He was very knowledgeable and polite and got us up and running in no time. What I was also very impressed with was the fair price and the honesty!

Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new HVAC in my home in Loveland about a year ago. The also installed a zone system with the ability to have different temperatures on the upper and lower floors of my home, this works very well and they were the only contractor of the four I got bids from that gave me this option. Their price was very competitive with the other bids. Overall I was very happy with their work.
These guys were amazing! Incredibly professional, answered all my questions thoroughly and recommended the best options. Top of the line customer service - will definitely be using them for all my HVAC needs now and in the future!
I'd like to thank Tory for her awesome customer service I manage a business in Greeley and met the owner of the company told him my needs and he had Tory reach out to me. She was great from start to finish. Tyrell the technician was awesome. He came out, gave us a quote and came back two weeks later to install the part. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing. He even went an extra step and cleaned the heater after installing the part, he even went as far as showing me a wire that wasn't in the best of condition. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC services needed.

This is the second time Affordable has gone above and beyond for our family's HVAC needs. Our furnace was not working early on a cold December morning. When I called Affordable they didn't have an opening until the next morning so we scheduled. She called back and said they had been able to make arrangements for Russel to come that day at 1 pm since we had no heat. He assessed and fixed the problem in a thorough and very professional way. Affordable will continue to be our "go to" company for our HVAC needs…
