We have used Affordable heating and air a few times now, and they've been great! Derrick came out this time and he was professional, explained what he did to help my A/C unit and told me what to look for if we start having issues again. Affordable heating and air is honest, which is unfortunately hard to find these days.
I don't post reviews often but sometimes outstanding service work need to be documented. I wanted to give a shoutout to Curran, this guy will be leading his own fleet before too long. Extremely professional, respectful, and represented his company with true professionalism. He walked me through the work in detail, explaining things in a way that made sense without talking over my head. His knowledge of AC systems was impressive, and it was clear he cared about getting the job done right the first time. It's rare to see someone combine skill, respect, and customer service so naturally. I'd gladly recommend Curran to anyone looking for AC work. His team is lucky to have him representing them.
Shane, was the service tech that came to our house. He was super friendly and honest! Was quick and got our AC unit back up and running in just a couple hours. Highly recommend them.
I'm an old man and this company came out within 24 hours to take care of major air conditioning problem during 95 degree temps. Curran was very professional and knowledgeable. Best service person I've encountered in years. 5 stars!
