WOW! What a great company! (1) They removed an old furnace from my crawl space that the previous company was too lazy to remove. (2) I had them come back to do an A/C tune-up a couple of weeks later. They were affordable as their name implies, kind, communicative, and respectful of me and my home!! For example, the gentlemen who did the a/c tune up texted me when he was done to check to see what temp I like my home at so that he can set it for me to that I can return to a very comfortable home!! It's the little things that matter! I would so, very highly recommend this company!!
Called for urgent trouble shooting at a rental property for a tenant who couldn't get heat or AC to turn on with freezing temps coming this week following 80 degree days last week. Another company cancelled my appointment an hour before the scheduled service time because it was too cold to troubleshoot AC, despite the stated problem being that the heat would not come on either. Nathaniel with Affordable Heating and air was willing to offer some trouble shooting tips over the phone, and still was willing to send someone out same day for repair. Extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and will be my go to from this point forward.

Had a furnace issue and they made here for the job at 5:00 PM on a Friday night!! They offered to go to the shop and come back after hours on a Friday night, but I told them if they prefer Saturday morning then that would be fine...all after hours work. They made us a priority for sure!! Outstanding!
This company is GREAT to do Business with!! I had a new Trane Furnace also a Trane Air Conditioning unit installed in my house. There Install Crew did a Fantastic job!! They were Very Productive also Professional in every Aspect of their business.
